I'm peeved off by so many people not reading the FREAKIN RULES! If, if it is an original hero or character, then you put it under comics, but if its fan art of a already made heros, then it goes under Fanart. So, i improved this piece of Cap to be a comedic comic all its own. The bubble and words was done in paint, cause i'm not to technically advanced yet. The phrase is actually from a toyfare mag.
